Elmhay Village
Garden House
Garden House is a large 5 bedroom family house, parts of which date back to the 16th Century. It’s situated in the heart of the Estate with its own private garden, complete with garden furniture and lots of parking to the side.
On the ground floor there’s a comfortable lounge with an open fire place, furnished with a 5-piece suite and double bed settee, TV, VCR and DVD, a large formal dining room and a fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room. From the lounge, a hallway leads to a downstairs twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.
Stairs from the hall lead to the first floor of the house: comprising of two family bathrooms, one double, one large family room with a kingsize bed and single bed and one family suite with a kingsize bed, one single and an en suite shower room with toilet, along with a further bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.
Sofa bed available at an additional charge.

Garden Cottage
Garden Cottage is a large 4 bedroom family house, parts of which date back to the 16th Century. It’s situated in the heart of the Estate on the edge of Elmhay Village with its own walled garden with garden furniture and parking to the front.
Garden Cottage offers comfortable family accommodation, with a spacious and comfortable lounge, a large separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen breakfast room.
Sleeping up to seven guests, Garden Cottage comprises two double bedrooms – one of which has an en suite bathroom, one twin room, one small single room and a large family bathroom.

The Bell Tower
The Bell Tower is the Penthouse of Elmhay Village.
Downstairs is a large living area with cosy lounge furniture and dining table and chairs. The living area also incorporates a fully fitted Kitchen.
Upstairs is a huge bedroom with a luxurious four-poster bed and built in his and hers dressing tables. The en-suite bathroom is complete with a large walk-in shower, a large oval shaped Jacuzzi bath, his and hers wash basins, a bidet and WC.

The Clock Tower
The Clock Tower is a three-story, three bedroom house.
Downstairs is an entrance hall leading to a large living area with lounge furniture, dining table and chairs the living area also incorporates a fitted Kitchen.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with en-suite Bath with hand held shower spray and WC. There is also a family bathroom on this floor that comprises a large walk-in shower, separate bath, washbasin and WC.
There is a further Family bedroom on the second floor, located in the tower itself, which can sleep up to three guests on a double and single bed.

The Coach House
The Coach House is a two-story lodge. Downstairs is a large living area with lounge furniture, dining table and chairs the living area also incorporates a fitted Kitchen. There is also a sofa bed downstairs which can sleep up to two guests.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with en-suite bath and hand held shower spray, washbasin and WC.
This property has an interlinking door to Woodcutters.

The Dairy is a two story lodge. Downstairs there is a large living area with lounge furniture, dining table and chairs. This area also incorporates a fitted Kitchen.

This property has an interlinking door to The Bull Pen.

Kent's Cottage

This property has an interlinking door to The Hayloft.

This property was named after the Agatha Christie film: The 4.50 from Paddington. As this was the main location where Agatha Christie solved the Murder!

Bull Pen & Woodcutters
The Bull Pen and Woodcutters are smaller single story lodges with ground floor bedrooms that are annexes of The Dairy & The Coach House respectively. The Bull Pen has wheelchair ramp.
They each benefit from a fitted kitchen, a double bedroom & a twin bedroom and shared shower room with washbasin and WC.
